About Tula
Tula started at a kitchen table, staring at another glass of chalky, artificially flavored fiber, wondering if that was really the best option for gut health.
Digestive issues have been part of founder Moksha Antani’s family story for as long as she can remember. After moving away from home and into the busy rhythm of corporate life, those same struggles showed up loudly. Doctors, naturopaths, and endless gut-health advice all pointed back to the same line: you need more fiber.
The powders that promised relief mostly left her bloated and frustrated. The question became: what if fiber could actually taste good? What if it could be gentle, and part of a ritual you look forward to?
The answer was already in a South Asian pantry. Ayurvedic-inspired spices and botanicals, paired with a high-quality soluble fiber, became Tula. Each mix is meant to be:
- Gentle on the gut — plant-based, gluten-free, and built around PHGG, a slow-fermenting fiber.
- Delicious to drink — Rose Cardamom or Golden Milk, hot or iced, not a grit-and-choke powder.
- Easy to repeat — 5g of PHGG in every cup, so daily fiber is a latte, not a chore.
Tula is a Canadian brand. The mission is simple: make daily fiber easy, enjoyable, and kind to your body, so supporting digestion becomes a habit instead of a hassle.
Most first-time buyers start with the two-mini pair, not a full pouch. That is the Starter Bundle — Rose Cardamom + Golden Milk, $30.
