How Tula Works
Tula takes a gentle, daily-ritual approach to gut support:
- PHGG fiber — 5g per cup of clinically-dosed soluble fiber that ferments slowly to feed beneficial gut bacteria.
- Ayurvedic spices — turmeric, ginger, cardamom and saffron, traditionally used to soothe digestion.
- Coconut milk powder — for the creamy latte texture without dairy or grittiness.
- Monk fruit — for natural sweetness without spiking blood sugar.
One cup, every day. No grittiness, no urgency, no drama.

Real stories from real people
Love the flavour of this, it's very versatile to use on its own or pair with other flavours. It also doesn't taste have any unpleasant after taste or have a strong lingering flavour (like protein powders). I really like the texture of the drink as well, no grittiness at all and very easy to mix. I've been drinking it everyday to improve gut health.
I've really been enjoying this fiber latte mix! It's so smooth and easy to blend, and the flavor isn't overpowering at all. I love how versatile it is—you can mix it with different drinks depending on what you're in the mood for. I usually make mine with almond milk and a little water, and it turns out perfect every time.
I absolutely love the flavour and delicious basil seed texture in this mix! I often mix it with warm frothed milk, which is fantastic. Soothing and delicate, I love my Tula time.
Beautifully packaged, naturally-sourced and delicious!!! Highly recommend 💯
I like it and my body feels fine afterwards. Plus point for me is the ingredients contain Saffron, wish the packaging highlight that a bit more.
